Position Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to oversee and strengthen relationships with our existing clients while also driving business growth by acquiring new customers. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner, ensuring client satisfaction and retention while identifying opportunities to expand the company's client base.

Your main responsibilities will include

  • Account Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key corporate clients
    • Act as the primary point of contact for existing accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty
    • Understand client needs and develop tailored music solutions to meet their requirement
    • Monitor client account performance and provide regular updates to internal team
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio
    • Generate leads, schedule meetings, and present the company's music streaming service to potential customers
    • Develop strategies to approach and secure new clients while maintaining a balance between existing client servicing
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
    • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals through upselling, cross-selling, and securing new accounts
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., operations, music designer and support team) to ensure seamless delivery of music streaming services to clients
    • Provide feedback from clients to improve offerings and service delivery
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business development progress
    • Prepare regular reports on account performance, client satisfaction, and new business pipelines

Requirements

For this role, we are looking for the following attributes and experience:

  • Proven sales executive experience in a related field, meeting or exceeding set out targets
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to independently drive the sales process from prospecting to contract signing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Thai is a plus
  • Client-focused with strong relationship-building abilities
  • Sales-driven and target-oriented both of hospitality and retails market
  • Self-motivated and proactive in identifying new opportunities
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (OneDrive, Google Drive, Slack, Membrain)
