Talent Acquisition Manager - Coca Cola ThaiNamthip
Responsibilities:
Manage the customer in all area responsibility covering from customer Head Office deal with Purchasing, Marketing to Operation Department Manager and all supporting functions.
Manage over all business as agreed upon the specific target KBI’s: Revenue, Volume, Profit, DME, AR, Service Level and In-Store Execution.
Develop and implement customer plan and customer activity plan.
Work and coordinate with Trade Marketing and Brand Team to utilize HORECA customer insight analysis together with our sales performance apply to prepare customer program.
Build good relationship and be approachable with customer level to middle managers and across all key departments
Develop Agreements and negotiations to align with company’s objective and within timeline
Well prepare and present quarterly and yearly performance review, BP , Top to Top , Global , Special Projects and others for key customers.
Lead the execution of all aspects of the company's sales & marketing strategies to deliver the excellence in-store execution
Contribute and implement marketing and sales activity programs in line with company’s objectives and ability to propose the initiative / big idea or campaign at least one time a year to customers as a key beverage partner.
Finding new potential customer to listing products
Resolving operational issues at head/regional offices or in-store.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Management/ Marketing or Relevant
At least 3 years’ experience in Marketing, Sales, or Key Account function
Experience in both modern trade and QSR channels would be a bonus
Problem solving skills and Analytical skills
Effective time management, Project management skills, Presentation skills
Leadership skills, Interpersonal skills
Work under pressure & within limited time frame
Strong communication skills (both Thai and English)
Experience and knowledge of Eat & Drink channels would be preferrable.
