Position Overview
As the Partner Management Manager at Lazada Express (LEX) Thailand, you will oversee the performance and growth of LEX’s third-party delivery partners, ensuring they meet operational standards and contribute to the scalability of the logistics network. Your role will be pivotal in building long-term relationships with partners, driving their performance, and ensuring alignment with LEX’s service-level agreements (SLAs) and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Performance Management:
Monitor and evaluate delivery partners’ performance against agreed SLAs, including on-time delivery, capacity ramp-up, and service quality.
Identify and address performance gaps through performance management mechanism and escalation processes.
Partner Growth & Development:
Collaborate with partners to scale their operations in alignment with LEX’s growth targets.
Work with partners to optimize their fleet and capacity ramp-up, ensuring readiness for peak periods.
Issue Resolution & Support:
Act as the primary point of contact for delivery partners, resolving operational or contractual issues promptly.
Coordinate with internal teams to provide technical and operational support to partners.
Strategic Collaboration:
Align with the Network Planning team to ensure delivery partner operations are integrated into broader logistics strategies.
Work closely with the Partner Acquisition team to transition new partners into management seamlessly.
Reporting & Analysis:
Track partner performance metrics and prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders.
Provide insights on partner capacity, cost efficiency, and performance trends to support strategic decisions.
Qualifications
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in partner management, vendor relations, or logistics operations.
Proven track record of managing external stakeholders and improving their performance.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data to drive decisions.
Familiarity with Thailand’s last-mile logistics landscape.
