Key Responsibility

1. PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) planning, execution, and maintenance of all handling SKUs.
2. Stock fulfilment planning, execution, and maintenance up to retail touch-point level.
3. Proper adjustment of retail touch-point coverage SKU plan, according to market situation change, to evade and lessen risk, also maximize sales opportunity.
4. Detailed data handling skill and interest is surely required. # of SKU can go up to 120IU level.
5. Proper negotiation skills and motivation are both important to execute, due to the need to move Account buyers' decisions and Actions to make it happen.

Required actions to achieve the company goal are as per below.

• Account relationships - Build, foster and maintain relationships with both Direct and Non-direct accounts. Ensure that the Accounts in charge are profitable and sustainable.
• Sales generation – Create solid plans to maximize sales by creating touchpoints which match company goals and objectives.
• Communication – both Internally and Externally against all key stakeholders to gain full support from each party to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Reporting - required timely, accurate and specific reports in English.
• Proposal preparation - proposals are required based on fact findings and insights.
• Negotiation - Negotiations with the responsible accounts are required varying from terms and conditions down to the PO receiving level. From long-term to short-term issues.
• Problem resolution - not avoid the problem, required to face complaints from accounts and respond quickly and resolve with mutual agreement in the end.
• Market intelligence - required to search on own, especially through direct visits to customer touchpoints. Frequent visit to the shopfront is required to gain and collect updated, down-to-the-ground information, rather than simply looking at data.
• Data analysis - is required to analyze daily/sales data from various perspectives including trend, changing points, risk and opportunity finding.
• Product knowledge and interests - Have an interest in learning about own products and competitors, to have further insights in setting up product touchpoints to gain maximum exposure against potential end customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in B.A. or related fields
• At least 7 years of experience in Sales, Procurement, or any other relevant work.
• Having a background in gadgets, electronic consumer products, and IT is preferable.
• Working experience in handling key account management with retail set-up is ideal.
• Good command of Thai and English. English requirement to the level of presentation, explanation and reporting to top management level.
• Computer literacy is a must.
• Will be able to travel within Thailand, and also open to job rotation within the company in future.
