The film has displaced Jurassic World, which had earned $208 million USD and The Avengers, which minted $207 million USD in its first weekend. On Monday too, Deadpool & Wolverine continued its dream run where it added another $21.5 million USD to its kitty, as per Deadline, making it the best Monday for an R rated film, beating Deadpool which had earned $19.7 million USD.
By the end of the weekend, the worldwide box office collection of Deadpool & Wolverine stood at $444 million USD, making it the 11th highest grossing film of all time. And going by the buzz, Deadpool & Wolverine is expected to cross the $500 million USD mark very soon. Even at the Indian box office the film is doing wonders, Deadpool & Wolverine has earned nearly Rs 73 crore in just four days, with a strong possibility of raking in Rs 100 crore by the second weekend.
