Kartik Aaryan's song from 'Aashiqui 3' leaks on social media; netizen say, 'Get Ankit Tiwari back and give rest to Arijit Singh'

Makers of the 'Aashiqui' franchise are all set with the next instalment of the film. The film will star Kartik Aaryan in the lead role. The saga, which is best known for its blockbuster music, is all set to have its melodies given by Pritam in its third part.
Now, a leaked video on the internet has divided the internet. The video is reportedly a song from 'Aashiqui 3' which has Arijit Singh’s vocals, who has previously sung the famous 'Tum Hi Ho' song from Aashiqui 2.
As soon as the video went viral, comments poured in from all sides. While one wrote, 'Is no one else tired of Arijit's voice?', another user commented, 'bhai ankit ko waps lao or Arijit ko toda rest do I am just tired of him now har song usi se gawa dete h.'

One user also commented, 'Are other singers dead?', while another added, 'Will Ankit get to sing or it’s only Arijit we will have to hear this time too?'
Soon after this online tussle, 'Aashiqui 3' fan group claimed this video to be a rumour as they stated, "Fake song alert! Pritam Dada hasn’t even started working on #Aashiqui3. No song could have leaked. We have got confirmation from the man himself. So don’t believe anything that is posted on social media blindly."

There has not been any official statement given about the leaked song video from the makers of the film.
'Aashiqui' was released in 1990 with Rahul Roy and Anu Aggarwal in the lead. 23 years later, Shraddha Kapoor starred in 'Aashiqui 2' opposite Aditya Roy Kapur. This Mohit Suri directorial contained blockbuster songs like 'Tum Hi Ho' sung by Arijit Singh and Sun 'Raha Hai Na Tu' which was sung and composed by Ankit Tiwari.
The third instalment of this franchise will go on floors in January 2024 starring Kartik Aaryan as the main lead. The movie will be directed by Anurag Basu.
