Are the Khedkars’ chickens coming home to roost?

Controversial IAS probationer Puja Khedkar, who earned notoriety recently with her high-handed ways, has been recalled to the Mussoorie-based Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration and her training has been suspended. Her mother Manorama, who was last seen brandishing a pistol in a viral video, is missing. So is her father Dilip, who is accused of harassing government servants

Puja Manorama Dilip Khedkar, 34, the IAS probationer who ruffled feathers at the Pune collector’s office just two weeks ago with her overbearing attitude and demands for premium office space, has been grounded.
On July 16, the Mussoorie-based Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) recalled her for “further necessary action”, setting a deadline of July 23. It also froze her training under the District Training Programme (DTP), and relieved her of her DTP duties in Maharashtra.
