The Indian managed to secure one game but ultimately could not overcome Hirano's skill and precision, PTI reported.
Batra's exit marks the end of her campaign in Paris, where she showcased her talent and determination on the international stage.

The 29-year-old Batra entered the match as the first Indian table tennis player to advance to the round of 16 at the Olympic Games. She achieved this feat by defeating France's Prithika Pavade, ranked 18th in the world, with a score of 4-0 on Monday.
However, Batra's journey in the tournament came to an end as she suffered a loss against her opponent. This marked her fifth consecutive defeat against Hirano.
Sreeja Akula, a fellow Indian table tennis player, advanced to the quarterfinals of the women's singles event earlier in the day.
Batra, who had previously won a gold medal at the Commonwealth Games, reached the round of 32 during the Olympic Games held in Tokyo three years prior.
