WWE Superstar Aspires to Take on Leadership Role

WWE star Chad Gable recently shared his thoughts on his current role within the company, expressing a strong desire to take on more of a leadership position to assist and mentor new talent. Gable, who has been part of WWE since November 2013, made the successful transition from amateur wrestling to professional wrestling after his Olympic career.
During an interview with Peter Rosenberg on the "Cheap Heat" podcast, Gable emphasized his ambition to guide and support NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) athletes and college athletes, helping them succeed and flourish in WWE.He highlighted his dedication to fostering the growth of these emerging stars and contributing to their development within the professional wrestling industry.
Gable explained:
“I’ve done some reflection. I’ve done some reflecting about what (re-signing) means for me, not just professionally or financially, going forward, but what I want it to mean to me. I’m getting older. This business is interesting. If you would have told me in high school when I started this, that I’d be hitting my peak when I was 38, I would have said you’re crazy. How do you wrestle that long? But here we are.

In addition, Gable said:
“When I evaluate what I want my legacy to be, or part of my legacy, I want to step in more of a leadership role going forward, locker room wise. We have a lot of young talent coming up with guys from NXT, we have guys like the Creeds (Julius Creed and Brutus Creed), who are these incredible athletes. Everyone has seen their athleticism. They haven’t necessarily had the guiding light for them to show them the other stuff and the other side.
“No one needs to teach them how to be strong and athletic. They have that. I couldn’t teach them that. I think I’m the type of guy that would be good in a leadership role and I would have a lot of value.
“Especially to the people that WWE and NXT are interested in, which are people with sporting backgrounds and making that jump from amateur athletics with the NIL deals.
“I think there is a big chance for me to step into a nice leadership role and help those guys whenever I can.”
We must wait and see if Chad Gable’s aspiration to become a leader in this franchise fares him well. Hopefully, The Wyatt Sicks won’t target him on RAW.
The conflict between The Wyat Sicks and Chad Gable on RAW

In a recent interview of Uncle Howdy with Bo Dallas, Bray Wyatt's brother revealed why Chad Gable has been a prime target for The Wyatt Sicks. The following was said in the VHS tape handed over by Nikki Cross to Michael Cole:
"They weren't chosen - just willing. Clay in the hands of the potter. Died to the flesh to become something beautiful. They've become a family. We've become a family. Even now there are false prophets berating and belittling their family for their own gain. It's disgusting. They must pay for their sins."
This was a segment from the aforementioned interview and it revealed the main reason why Chad Gable was being targetted. This Superstar mistreated The Alpha Academy and that seems to be the only thing that triggered The Wyatt Sicks.
