CES 2025: Gigabyte announces AI-powered hardware lineup, featuring new graphics cards, laptops, and more

Gigabyte revealed its next generation of AI-enhanced hardware at CES 2025, headlined by Nvidia GeForce RTX 50 Series graphics cards, innovative motherboards, and AI-powered laptops featuring the new GiMATE AI agent.
The company's RTX 50 Series graphics cards, powered by Nvidia's Blackwell architecture, showcase improved thermal performance and smaller form factors.The new lineup includes the RTX 5090, 5090 D, 5080, 5070 Ti, and 5070 models, featuring up to 10% better cooling efficiency and 10% reduced volume compared to previous generations.
Gigabyte enhanced its WINDFORCE cooling solution with a new Hawk Fan design, delivering 12.5% increased airflow and 53.6% improved air pressure. The premium AORUS MASTER variant includes Screen Cooling Plus with an additional air-boosting fan, while the RTX 5090 MASTER incorporates Superconducting heat pipes with section sintering technology.
The new Intel B860 and AMD B850 series motherboards leverage AI technology to maximize performance. The B800 series features the D5 Bionics Corsa suite, enabling DDR5 memory speeds up to 8600MT/s on AMD B850 models and 9466MT/s on Intel B860 boards. The motherboards include AI SNATCH software for easy DDR5 performance enhancement and AI-Driven PCB Design for optimal signal integrity.
For AMD users, Gigabyte's B850 series motherboards include X3D Turbo mode, specifically optimized for Ryzen 9000 series X3D processors. The boards feature all-digital power design and enhanced thermal solutions, with heatsinks offering up to 4 times more cooling surface area.
Gigabyte's new laptop lineup introduces GiMATE, an AI agent integrating Large Language Model technology with "Press and Speak" functionality for intuitive control. The agent manages various features including AI Power Gear II for energy efficiency, AI Boost II for overclocking, and AI Privacy for screen protection.
The flagship AORUS MASTER series laptops, available in 18-inch mini-LED and 16-inch OLED variants, combine Intel Core Ultra 9 Processor 275HX with up to Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090 Laptop GPU. The WINDFORCE INFINITY EX cooling system delivers up to 270W of peak efficiency.
Gigabyte also announced two cutting-edge QD-OLED monitors. The AORUS FO27Q5P features an industry-first 500Hz refresh rate and DP2.1 UHBR20 bandwidth support. The Gigabyte MO27U2 offers 4K resolution at 240Hz in a 27-inch form factor with 166 PPI density.
Both monitors include Gigabyte's OLED Care technology, an AI-based protection system preventing burn-in, and enhanced Tactical Features for improved gaming performance. The FO27Q5P exceeds VESA ClearMR standards and is expected to achieve the upcoming ClearMR 21000 certification.
