Bigg Boss 18 all set to premiere this October; Bigg Boss 12 winner Dipika Kakar’s husband Shoaib Ibrahim to participate?

The countdown for the latest season of India's biggest reality TV show, Bigg Boss, has begun, and fans are eagerly awaiting details about the upcoming controversial season.
Bigg Boss and Salman Khan are synonymous, and there's no doubt that no one hosts the show like Salman Khan. He not only guides the contestants but also rebukes them when necessary. Much to the fans' delight, the megastar is confirmed to host the eighteenth season of the show.
According to reports from Bigg Boss Khabri, Shoaib Ibrahim, husband of Bigg Boss 12 winner Deepika Kakar, is the first confirmed contestant for the new season.Shoaib was last seen in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11. While many other popular celebrities have been approached, most are yet to be confirmed. In one of the recent vlogs of Dipika, when husband Shoaib was showing off his cooking skills, she stated, "Ab toh khana banana bhi seekh gaye ho. Bigg Boss ke liya taiyaar ho."

The show is set to premiere on October 5, 2024. Although there has been speculation that Bigg Boss 18 would start in September or October, it now seems certain it will go on-air on the mentioned date. Munawar Faruqui lifted the Bigg Boss 17 title, and anticipation is high for who will take the crown this season.

Currently, the digital version is running. Bigg Boss OTT 3 is on with celebs like Sana Makbul, Ranvir Shorey, Sai Ketan Rao, Sana Sultan, Vishal Pandey, Armaan Malik, Kritika Malik, and Shivani Kumari competing for the coveted title. Hosted by Anil Kapoor, the show is in its last leg and will wrap up in the first weekend of August.

Recently, Adnaan Shaikh, who had joined the show as a wild card entrant, got eliminated. To date, five contestants— Deepak Chaurasia, Payal Malik, Poulomi Das, Munisha Khatwani, and Chandrika Dixit—have been eliminated.
