Bigg Boss OTT 3's Ranvir Shorey reveals why he's struggling in the industry: says 'Meri networking abilities acchi nahi hai, fake it till you make it is not in me'

Bigg Boss OTT season 3 is inching towards the finale. With the recent double eviction of Vishal Pandey and Shivani Kumari, things have got spicier in the show. The controversial reality show which will witness grand finale on August 2, welcomed special guest and Bigg Boss 17 winner, Munawar Faruqui on the show. The standup comedian-turned singer had a few heart-to-heart conversations with the contestants.Munawar was seen having a heartfelt conversation with Ranvir on his struggles in the industry.
In a candid conversation with Munawar, Ranvir Shorey revealed why he's struggling to find work in the industry. He admitted, "Meri networking abilities acchi nahi hai. 'Fake it till you make it' is not in me, and it's an important approach in my industry. I have worked with many big names, but there are many I haven't worked with. They meet me at parties, appreciate my work, but then do not cast me."
Ranvir also shared his evolving perspective on reality TV. He explained, "Bigg Boss changed my perception. I've been offered the show for the past 10 years, but now I truly believe it’s a human experiment—a simulation of the world. It involves sharing resources with strangers, handling conflicts, forming bonds, and evolving relationships. You learn a lot about yourself."
Munawar also had a one-to-one conversation with Sai Ketan Rao where he pointed out how the TV actor is looking under confident and questioned about the reason behind showing no emotions after Sana Sultan's eviction. He stated, "You are looking underconfident. Everyone keeps saying Sana M is here to win, but what are you here for?" He emphasized that Sai didn't seem upset about Sana Sultan's elimination and questioned his motives and emotions.
Adding to the critique, Munawar stated, "Lovekesh did wrong by apologizing to you when you abused first. You should have the heart to take it too." Sai tried to defend himself, saying, "I felt bad about it," but Munawar wasn't convinced. "But you didn't go and apologize to him. Sometimes, it's not clear whether you are underconfident or just trying to show off saying you're humble," Munawar concluded.
