Sumona Chakravarti, known for her roles in Comedy Nights With Kapil, The Kapil Sharma Show, and Bade Achhe Lagte Hain, ventured into the world of stunts with her first reality show, Khatron Ke Khiladi 14. In an exclusive chat with ETimes TV, Sumona discussed her journey in the show. The actress also mentioned meeting numerous Bade Achhe Lagte Hain fans during her trips to Romania and Norway.Additionally, she expressed her discomfort with adding drama to reality shows, emphasizing that she has always avoided doing so.

It was exhilarating and exciting not in a exciting way (laughs) because it was really tough, hard, difficult and challenging but now when I look back on my 40 days in Romania, I feel a sense of pride in myself. Family and friends were in touch with me and they used to keep messaging me. Honestly, I used to reply to them that it is really hard but genuinely in this season from stunt number 1 to the last one, every stunt has been very difficult. When the hardcore viewers and fans of KKK will watch the show I’m very sure they will say why did the makers make this Romania season so tough. Every stunt was difficult.
Met many Bade Acche Lagte Hain fans in Romania
In Romania and then during my Norway trip, I actually met a lot of Afghani, Nepali and Pakistani fans who are die hard fans of Bade Acche Lagte Hain. They all remember me from BALH especially and Barfii the movie and of course Comedy Nights With Kapil, it has had its presence.
I can never add masala to a reality show
I can never add masala to the reality show. Mere se nahi hota tha and the crew gave up on me… to a certain extent I can put forth my point but not beyond that, I can't. If I’m playing a character then that’s different because my real name is not used. But to give masala and content, I can’t be untrue to the audience that is not my nature. Jahan tak jitna hosake with as much integrity I will do it but beyond a point if I see something is going out on my name and it doesn’t align with my ethics, then it will not go on camera. I won’t be able to do it.
