Golla wakes up at 7-7:30 am and he has milk in the morning. We give him a small bottle of around 120 ml. Then he brushes his teeth and gets ready for the school.

We keep it healthy for Golla, in the breakfast he has paratha with either dahi, egg or fresh vegetables. We are trying to make him have a habit of eating bottle gourd, potatoes, paneer or palak bhurji.

Golla's school tiffin has fruits, dry fruits and kurmura. He loves fruits, he eats them all except mangoes. I was surprised that he didn't like mangoes. His school is for an hour or more so after that, he comes home and eats with us.

Golla has everything that we eat for lunch, his plate will have daal, sabji, and chawal. He then plays and does drawing, he has turned more and more mischievous as he is growing up. These days he has been throwing everything down the balcony.

Rupa Didi makes food in small batches only for Golla. He has light khichdi at night with vegetables. He eats his dinner at night by 9:30. Then he will play with his father, Rupa didi will bathe him and will go of to bed having milk.

We give him jowar puffs, makhana, chana and we don't keep chocolates around him. Instead, we call the dry fruits as chocolate at home so that he eats healthy.
