AERZEN on the road: Successful summer school workshop in Tunisia 🇹🇳🇩🇪 Recently, our colleague Thomas Deutzmann was on an intercultural trip to Sfax in Tunisia. Together with students from Germany and Tunisia, he was able to hold a workshop. Part of the two-week program was dedicated to energy-efficient ventilation units from Aerzener Maschinenfabrik in combination with ventilation elements. To this end, the students from Tunisia and Germany worked on current cases in the field of wastewater treatment 💧 from local industry. The solutions were then successfully presented to the industry on posters at the Industry Day. 💡 The students then visited the wastewater treatment plant in Mahres together, which was equipped by our partner in Sfax WaterTechnologies and put into operation this summer. We would like to thank our colleagues at the Technische Universität Berlin once again for their excellent cooperation during the Summer School. The Summer School is a project of the DAAD Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst (German Academic Exchange Service), which was implemented by the Technical University of Berlin at the Institut Supérieur des Etudes Technologiques de Sfax. The combination of expertise and creative perspectives as well as the cultural aspect made this workshop a great experience.
