When you contact us you will find people speaking English, German, Italian, French and Spanish, several even native speakers. You will find highly professional event managers, but also engineers and scientists who know exactly what you need to let your event run smoothly and make it remarkably successful. Since 1991 we organized meetings all over Turkey, since several years we offer our services also worldwide. Today Turkey is still our base and home market, but the DEKON Group runs conferences and organizes events for our international clients truly globally.

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Luisa Jaffe. Luisa was a remarkable professional and a kind-hearted colleague, whose dedication and contributions to EURAM and its conferences made a lasting impact. For over 13 years, we had the privilege of collaborating with her to organize EURAM’s conferences. Her warmth, professionalism, and unwavering commitment were truly inspiring, and she played an essential role in shaping these events. Our heartfelt condolences go out to her family, friends, and the entire EURAM community. She will be greatly missed. 💔
Our Luisa Dear friends and colleagues, dear EURAM members, This is a message we wished we would never have had to write. As some of you may already know, Luisa Jaffe, our Luisa, passed away yesterday. She had been suffering for several months from a terrible illness which she fought with great courage and determination. Unfortunately, despite all her energy and strength, she lost this fight. We are deeply saddened by this loss. It seems impossible to think of EURAM without Luisa. She was a pillar of the academy that will never be the same without her. She will be thoroughly missed by all her friends in the EURAM community. We will always remember her professionalism, her kindness and interest in others. We all feel privileged to have known her and worked with her. She will always remain in our thoughts. Her family has informed us that they prefer that no flowers be sent. This year, JNTO was thrilled to invite international meeting professionals from the Core PCOs of IAPCO (International Association of Professional Congress Organisers) on two exclusive study tour courses: Toyama & Kanazawa and Osaka & Nagasaki. These tours provided participants with the opportunity to explore Japan’s world-class conference venues, experience unique event locations, and immerse themselves in Japan’s rich culture and hospitality. We were pleased to welcome professionals from the following renowned IAPCO Core PCOs: ・AIM Group International ・DEKON Group ・International Conference Services (ICS) ・Kenes Group ・Lena Group One of the participants left a comment saying, “It was a great pleasure to come to Japan for the first time. I think you have a beautiful country, with an amazing culture and history. The fam trip was excellent, very well planned down to the last detail, and I hope to do it again someday.” The study tour also featured a networking event organized by JNTO, alongside the IAPCO Hosted EDGE Seminar held in Tokyo on December 5 and 6. These events provided a great opportunity for participants to engage with peers in the meetings industry, exchange ideas, and discuss up-to-date industry topics. The seminar was held in collaboration with the IAPCO Training Academy, which offers a comprehensive educational program to enhance skills at all levels within the meetings and events sector. JNTO will continue organizing study tours to showcase Japan's selection of world-class venues and rich cultural heritage.
