His expertise extends across the Turkish energy landscape, with a focus on cross-border pipelines, renewables, and electricity generation facilities. Deniz’s experience includes landmark M&A transactions in the Turkish e-commerce sector, as well as involvement in one of Turkey’s largest cross-border asset swap deals. His deep knowledge of the regulatory framework governing energy investments and environmental impact provides a unique perspective on complex projects. With a personal affinity for Asia, Deniz was seconded to a prestigious law firm in Japan, where he honed his skills in cross-border transactions.
