Hakkımızda

Karadeniz Holding was established in 1948, by the late Rauf Osman Karadeniz, as a holding company with operations in different sectors such as heavy industry, machinery, and factoring. In 1996, with the privatization of the electric sector in Turkey, the company stepped into the energy sector by becoming the first company licensed for electricity wholesale, production, and export. In the beginning of 2000, the company started working floating power plant, called Powership, and since then playing a leading role in the international energy sector with its Powerships, floating LNG assets and renewables.
