OkyayTechALD presents our latest developments about epitaxial Ga2O3 growth by ALD at the #EFDS meeting. This is an exciting development for us because it paves the way for the growth of epitaxial grade wide bandgap materials at temperatures as low as 200C. We believe this technology is also attractive to reduce the environmental impact of semiconductor manufacturing.
