The Groupe Financière SNOP Dunois (FSD) is a privately owned major automotive supplier with established relationships with all European OEMs. The group has three divisions and employs over 8,200 colleagues in fourteen countries at 40 production sites and five technical centers. Groupe FSD offers its customers a broad product portfolio, supplying body structure stampings, roll-formed parts and assemblies for cars and commercial vehicles, as well as stamping dies and automatic presses. The largest division, Snop designs, develops and manufactures metal parts and assemblies. Products range from Body-In-White stampings and assemblies, complex assemblies, Class A parts, roll-formed parts and the use of hot forming and other UHSS technologies. The division Smom designs and manufactures stamping dies, and Balconi designs and manufactures automatic stamping presses.

The perfect moment to start your career - Join the Trainee team at Snop! Technonology Trainee Program in Pohořelice In December it will be a year since Mr. Patrik Vávra joined the Technology Trainee program in Pohořelice plant. He is a student at the Technical University in Brno and he will be completing his five-year master's degree next summer. During this period, he gradually went through the entire production process, from pressing to welding and handling robotic lines. He also had the opportunity to gain insight into other positions and departments, giving him a more comprehensive view of different approaches and processes within the company. As he himself states, he greatly appreciates the warm attitude of his colleagues, who willingly answer all his questions and do not hesitate to explain everything to him carefully. As a result, he has been better able to carry out the tasks entrusted to him. Together, with their Mentor, Mr. Jan Hotarek, they move the projects and the company forward. We look forward to working with all the students and greatly appreciate their cooperation.

Sharing excursion in Pohořelice The sharing excursion was carried out with colleagues at the Faculty of Management and Economics of Tomas Bata University in Zlín. Excursion aimed at promoting information and knowledge sharing with the theme "How to tackle high employee sickness"? Trainee Logistics Insights: Stories from our Junior employees Logistics is a crucial element, must become ever more innovative and digital.
