We believe in continuous development, and as part of this commitment, we organize and plan various internal talent projects. Here is our #JetStream Team—one of our talent initiatives launched in 2024. Their training follows a hybrid model, and during one of their visits to Frankfurt, we checked in on them at KompetenzCampus Frankfurt UAS, the Department of Lifelong Learning at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences. ✈️ The program is running at full throttle, and they will graduate from this #aviationmanagement program in the spring after successfully completing all their credits and exams. Their schedule consists of topics such as strategic airline management, safety and risk management, interpersonal communication skills, global logistics, transformative leadership, digital business and AI, innovation management, value-based leadership, sustainability, and more. Having completed the first half of the journey, they are now eager to tackle the second part, taking them to new heights. 🚀 This program will not only accelerate their career growth but also enhance SunExpress's capacity and capabilities in multiple ways because our people are our greatest investment. Once again, we congratulate all our team members from the cockpit, cabin, and office who successfully passed the rigorous assessment process, and we eagerly anticipate the outcomes of this exciting journey they are embarking on. 🙌 #TogetherToNewHeights

We were delighted to host the 4th SunExpress Golf Cup in Belek, bringing together tourism professionals from across Europe and beyond. Over two days of friendly competition on Türkiye's most beautiful greens, participants experienced Antalya’s world-class, year-round golf facilities. Meet Fikret Demir, a dedicated Component Technician, based at our Technical Workshop Unit. With a degree in Machine Manufacturing from Suleyman Demirel University, Fikret has been an invaluable member of #SunExpress, contributing over 17 years of expertise to the aviation industry. As part of the Line Maintenance Department, Fikret oversees the repair, inspection, and testing of various aircraft components, ensuring they meet EASA and SHGM standards for airworthiness. In addition to these vital tasks, Fikret works within our Production Organisation, manufacturing aircraft plates for both interior and exterior applications. Fikret takes pride in continuously expanding his knowledge, staying updated with the latest technical documents, and sharing his expertise. For him, the most fulfilling part of his job is the opportunity to learn and grow professionally every day.
