As a forefront leader in the production and texturising of filament yarns, Tepar Tekstil , in partnership with innovative machine manufacturer AGTEKS LTD. , has unveiled their groundbreaking development: The SmartVision™ Textured Yarn Quality Monitoring Station. This innovative device, supported by TÜBİTAK -TEYDEB as part of our ongoing research and development initiatives, has been meticulously designed and patented by Tepar Tekstil , and brought to life by Ağteks, a pioneer in textile test equipment and innovative machinery. SmartVision™ is currently on display at Ağteks’ stand at Techtextil-Frankfurt, showcasing its remarkable capabilities. By placing a yarn bobbin on the SmartVision™ stand and pressing a button, the device works its magic, beginning with weighing the bobbin. It then uses smart laser sensors to profile the bobbin and records videos and takes photos from the top, bottom, and side views. As the yarn is spooled from the bobbin, SmartVision™ precisely measures the spooled yarn’s weight and calculates key metrics such as Yarn Linear Density and Bobbin Density. The data provided by SmartVision™ offers invaluable insights to the end-users in the technical textiles and filament yarn industry, enhancing product quality and consistency.
