Technical Sales Engineer
Responsibilities:
· Technical sales and support for product ranges of GET & LVI, Motor Testing and Substation
· Sales strategy planning, activity planning, forecasting, opportunity management, travel (customer visits, internal meetings, training), customer support, price negotiations, tender submissions, and other ad-hoc tasks to support sales and customers to be supportive compliant.
· Value selling skills, understanding customer financial calculations and project justifications.
· Support of existing customers and acquisition of new customers as well as
expansion of business development
· Product demonstrations at the customer's premises, technical needs assessment, quotation preparation, presentations and price negotiations, which you generate via cold calling, specialist events, social selling and marketing leads
· Participation in events such as trade fairs, training courses and webinars
· Maintenance of customer data and projects in the CRM system
Your profile:
· Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
· Good knowledge of high, medium and low voltage
· Industry knowledge in power distribution is an advantage
· Application knowledge in Low Voltage, Renewable, Motor and Transformer testing technology desirable
· Strong customer orientation, excellent appearance and skillful communication to win over your contacts at all levels
· Fluency in English and Turkish
· Good presentation skills
· Analytical and strategic thinking
· High self-motivation, assertiveness, team spirit and a hands-on mentality
· Good MS-Office knowledge
· Self-starter with an ability to multitask and make decisions
