All structures are custom designed for the end user and can be delivered and erected in weeks vs months or years. Each structure can be engineered to be fully climate resilient based on the specific location, to ensure certified resilience to hurricane/typhoon, seismic events, and extreme temperatures. All structures come with a limited 50 year structural warranty and 25 year membrane warranty. Lightweight modular building solutions can convert unused, heat absorbent rooftop space into useable (and rentable) space while at the same time providing energy efficiency through reduced heat gain. Due to the very low distributed weight loads of these systems (column free), the existing roof system does not require additional engineered support. And they always provide a great view!

This week we are unfortunately focused on disaster recovery for the #Caribbean region as the impacts of hurricane Beryl have left considerable damage to infrastructure. Our disaster recovery rapid deployment building solutions have been utilized in various islands to provide storage facilities for donations and supplies to rebuild communities. One of our structures was erected in Barbuda within a few weeks of the passing of hurricanes Irma and Maria in 2017. We work directly with a number of charitable organizations who can defer cost and facilitate the project.
