This also allows the team to focus and be part of the event. This is what our Event Coordination service is about. Come with us as we provide this service for a high level conference for our clients. By the time we came onboard the pieces were more or less in place, so our focus was on pulling everything together for smooth execution. ✅️ Decided on the registration system flow ✅️Got their badges prepared staffing ✅️ Managed the flow of the agenda, and all the twists and turns that comes with it ✅️ Ensured that all presentations were ready for the screen ✅️ Liaised with the media table to ensure that they were clear on what’s required. ✅️ Liaised with the venue to help coordinate their deliverables. As a two day event, the 2nd day is always about tweaking as needed based on how day 1 went. Tisha loves dabbling and learning about tech so that we can better serve our clients. It's a wrap on Carnival 2024 in Trinidad and Tobago and we definitely didn't see the whirwind we experienced coming!
