Our Corporate Events range from Product/Media launches and Customer Appreciations, Ribbon Cuttings and Grand Openings, Staff Appreciation and Award Ceremonies to Event Marketing (Promotional Activities to support your marketing activities). Our Private Events range from Weddings and Birthday Parties to Milestone Celebrations (Anniversaries, Retirement etc.). Whatever your need, we will create the event and experience you or your company requires, whilst keeping an eye on the "mighty budget".

    It is not uncommon for internal teams to plan their event and then bring someone in towards the end to help them bring everything together. This also allows the team to focus and be part of the event. This is what our Event Coordination service is about. Come with us as we provide this service for a high level conference for our clients. By the time we came onboard the pieces were more or less in place, so our focus was on pulling everything together for smooth execution. ✅️ Decided on the registration system flow ✅️Got their badges prepared staffing ✅️ Managed the flow of the agenda, and all the twists and turns that comes with it ✅️ Ensured that all presentations were ready for the screen ✅️ Liaised with the media table to ensure that they were clear on what’s required. ✅️ Liaised with the venue to help coordinate their deliverables. As a two day event, the 2nd day is always about tweaking as needed based on how day 1 went. Tisha loves dabbling and learning about tech so that we can better serve our clients.     It's a wrap on Carnival 2024 in Trinidad and Tobago and we definitely didn't see the whirwind we experienced coming! No complaints here though! 😊 We're always happy to be of service to our clients and help them execute events and experiences that leave amazing memories. - Planning and coordination of an internal calypso competition for a corporate company - Logistics and coordination for a Fitness Burn - Co-manage a national event - Group dinner for a Carnival Concierge group - Support services for the brand activation area at a Carnival band lunch stop for an international brand.     2023 Corporate Memories.. Corporate Events were the spark in starting this business and continue to be the ones that take up the most space on our calendar. This year, we had the pleasure of supporting our clients on: 1️⃣ closed internal staff events 2️⃣ event marketing activities 3️⃣ booth executions 4️⃣ virtual events 5️⃣ corporate social responsibility initiatives 6️⃣ conferences 7️⃣ team builders These events are always strategic and we take pleasure in ensuring there's a bit of fun in the process. We have our eyes zoned in on what we want more of in 2024 and we can't wait to be of service to our existing clients and the new ones who will join our family!
