The Cloudberry Agency's client Numbers Protocol were featured in this article from ZDNET discussing the Creative Origin Alliance initiative they lead. The Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity (C2PA) is the leading standards comittee set up to promote transparency and ethics in regards AI and the content used in generative models. They do this though digital watermarking, which cand determine a piece of contens origin. Many tech giants are on the steering comittee of the C2PA, such as Adobe, and as the article states, now Amazon. The issue is that the goals and also ethics of big tech in relation to GenAI are often not congruent with those of the rest of society, and especially digital creators and artists who fear that their art will used to train models.
