At the TSMC Sports Day event on October 26, TSMC founder Morris Chang reiterated, “#Semiconductors, especially in the most advanced semiconductors, globalization is dead, #globalization is dead, world free trade is also dead.” Chang said that in such an environment, TSMC's goal is to continue to grow despite the geopolitical challenges. He said: “I believe we can accept this challenge, we will succeed, we have the best team!” He deeply believes the good old days of globalization have past.
