Our commitment to sustainability is REAL! To achieve the net-zero target by 2050, Decathlon Taiwan collaborates closely with various partners to create a positive impact. We are thrilled to share four No.1: 1.Decathlon Nantun and Hsinchu stores proudly received Taiwan's first EDGE Green Building Certificates, significantly reducing energy, water, and material consumption. 2.We signed Taiwan’s first Aggregated Power Purchase Agreement (APPA) with our suppliers, integrating green energy into Decathlon's supply chain. In retail, we’ve reached a milestone where 40% of our energy comes from renewable sources. 3.We hosted Taiwan’s largest second-hand sports market, attracting over 40,000 participants and finding new homes for 46,000 used sport items. 4.Taiwan's only permanent multi-sport repair workshop in Decathlon! We provided over 18,000 repair services in 2023, saving 4,000 defective products from waste. And there's more to come!
