POSITION : TAX MANAGER INDUSTRY : MANUFACTURING LOCATION : PWANI JOB SUMMARY Top Talented Recruits, on behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced tax manager to lead and manage multiple operations of the tax and maintain financial accuracy to the organization. Duties and Responsibilities √ Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within the timeframe √ Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting, and expertise √ Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns √ Identify and mitigate tax risks √ Coordinate accounting staff and assess their performance √ Manage tax provision and tax compliance process √ Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices √ Manage and coordinate tax audits √ Maintain tax balances on general ledger √ Prepare all tax papers on a regular basis and handle all information data requests √ Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans. √ Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action. √ Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans. Requirement : √ A bachelor’s degree in commerce, accounting, taxation, finance, or a related field. √ Professional qualification of Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA). √ Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management √ Strong understanding of tax planning strategies and experience in managing indirect taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST). √ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. √ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
