    It has been a really long time since I last wrote a caption for something I posted or reposted in here but this is worth breaking the fast for: I was privileged to be among the first people to participate in this program and I have to say I reaped the fruits almost immediately after planting the seeds. The team behind it are amazing, knowledgeable, skilled, energetic and experienced facilitators with the most respected global industry professionals within their network who supported through the most insightful coaching sessions among other interventions. I had fun, a lot to reflect on, heart to hearts and a very clear way forward.     We facilitated a Leadership retreat earlier this year before the launch of the second phase of NEST360. It was a delight to be part of the impactful work of NEST360. This second phase builds upon on the achievements of its first, focusing on scaling up newborn care and enhancing quality coverage of newborns in Sub-Saharan Africa. An estimate of 2.3 Million newborns die every year around the globe and African countries have the highest mortality rates. NEST360, has the groundbreaking mission to reduce newborn mortality rate and limit newborn death to no more than 12 per 1,000 lives by 2030.
