We normally buy our gemstones from artisans. Mostly women miners and we add value locally (With trained experts here in Tanzania). We recognize the unique challenges artisans face. That’s why we created the "Back to Source Profit Sharing Mechanism." A program that gives back to the mining communities. From direct cash benefits to healthcare support, we strive to make a difference where it matters most. Last year, we helped provide screening and chemotherapy for cancer patients in Arusha, offering essential care for those who need it most. To ensure safer working conditions, we collaborate with Tanzania Women in Mining and Mineral Industry (TWiMMI) to support and protect women and youth in mining. Through sponsorships and providing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), we stand alongside our partners to create safer and more inclusive mining environments. Our commitment is 100% fully focused on ethical sourcing. We love to look at ourselves in the mirror and be proud of the good we're doing.
