In today's rapidly evolving digital landscape, business digitization has become a critical factor for success. This shift is essential for attracting and retaining new customers, especially amidst increasing competition. Digital tools empower businesses to respond swiftly to changing demands, analyze consumer behavior, and refine their strategies. Within this context, a loyalty program app is one of the most effective ways to build meaningful customer connections. At Devlight, we offer not only custom app development but also a customizable white-label solution. This enables businesses to create their own loyalty program applications using ready-made modules, all while reducing costs. The benefits are clear: increased average transaction values and customer engagement, a digitized customer database, in-depth analytics of purchasing behavior, and more. Last week, the Devlight team took part in the strategic session of the FinTech committee of the IT Ukraine Association. Together with the leading players of the FinTech market, we discussed key issues of interaction with government bodies. Transparent and effective cooperation with the state is necessary for creating favorable conditions for the development of FinTech in Ukraine. This will not only contribute to the sector's domestic growth but also strengthen the confidence of international partners and investors, strengthening Ukraine's reputation as a reliable location for investments. During the session, we jointly developed a development strategy for 2025, which includes exchanging experience between market participants and overcoming current challenges. We also agreed upon an action plan to accelerate the introduction of new FinTech products and regulatory initiatives that directly affect the market. We are confident that our joint efforts will ensure the stable development of FinTech in Ukraine and open up new opportunities for cooperation.
