FOC TUBA LTD is a reliable manufacturer of laminate tubes with many years of experience. Our company provides services to customers in the cosmetic, chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries since 2001. Our company has become a member of an energy efficiency project founded by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development. FOC TUBA LTD produces laminate tubes made from ABL and PBL (EVOH) laminates. We produce tubes with diameters of 25, 28, 35 and 50 mm as well as various types of accessories. ABL laminate with aluminium foil barrier and PBL laminate with EVOH (ethylene vinyl alcohol) barrier provide protection against leakage of volatile substances from tube contents and oxidation of tube contents. Barrier feature gives an undeniable advantage to the laminate tubes over plastic ones, which do not possess this feature. Tube accessories (such as shoulders and caps) are also manufactured at our factory under constant supervision of our QC department of engineers. We use only high quality modern equipment and materials produced in Europe. Our production facilities allow using technology of high-quality flexographic and digital printing. FOC TUBA LTD won a special award from Hewlett- Packard company for achievements in the most efficient and productive use of individual pieces of HP printing equipment. Years of experience and continuous improvement have allowed us to reduce the production time of any batch of tubes to 14 days.
