To better understand this concept, we share the rules of scaling. Today we will consider the first three points: 1. Make an objective #assessment of the #project and your role in it. If you don't see any scaling opportunities in the project, you should think about whether to continue it at all. To move forward and grow your business, it's important to choose areas that open up prospects for scaling and long-term success. 2. There are no projects that cannot be scaled. It can be argued that there are no projects that cannot be scaled. However, the key question is whether you understand how to scale your project. Any project can be both large-scale and local. The most important thing is to find a niche that will open up opportunities for scaling. If you don't see this prospect, you should contact someone who can look at the project from a different angle. 3. Assess which scaling method is most organic for your business. A daily improvement of 1% seems insignificant, but over time it leads to significant changes. This is the key to #business #development and improving customer #service. 1. Analysis. #Analytics and regular #feedback from users are effective tools for evaluating business #performance and identifying opportunities for improvement. For example, we tracked why some #cars perform better than others. After analyzing the feedback in detail, we gained important insights. It turned out that not only the main characteristics but also small details #influence the choice of a car. The condition of a handle or minor scratches in the interior may be decisive for some users, while others may not notice them or consider them important. 2. #Classification and automation of feedback processing. For effective feedback management, it is important to avoid spontaneous reactions to every negative comment. It is important to first categorize reviews by criteria: - Type of feedback (complaint about the quality of work, car, suggestion, etc.); - Criticality of the situation; - Frequency of such appeals; - Potential financial losses for the company. Some feedback is processed by #automated systems if it is typical and non-critical. Other requests are processed by the team in order of priority: from the most critical and systemic problems to those that have a smaller impact on the company's financial results. 3. Promptly correct what can be changed quickly. You need to categorize reviews and create a checklist of what needs to be improved. After that, eliminate the shortcomings by highlighting this information for users.Thanks to this approach, cars that had previously lagged behind became the top most popular models in a month. This work helped to achieve a triple result: - Improve service; - To satisfy customers more and show that their requests and comments are heard; - Provide investors with information about which cars are in the highest demand among users and why, and therefore the highest profitability. While business owners should think strategically and on a large scale, they should not underestimate the importance of small details. Even small problems can undermine all efforts. Therefore, it is important to carefully analyze and take into account customer feedback to help improve the business.

    Record start of Getmancar in Moldova: 3000 clients in the first 2 months. Getmancar is the first carsharing service in Ukraine. The franchise was launched in Moldova in April 2024 and has already attracted more than 3000 clients in the first two months. For 6 years of service operation in Ukraine, the company has attracted more than 255 thousand users, and for 1.5 years in Georgia - more than 10 thousand. The main tool of success was analytics. We conducted a thorough analysis of the Moldovan market, as well as analyzed the markets where we are already present, including Ukraine and Georgia. The data collected allowed us to create a precise plan for entering a new market, taking into account specific local conditions and user needs. The results exceeded all expectations, and what was achieved in 2 months, our competitors took much longer to achieve. It is worth noting that a large-scale PR campaign has not yet been rolled out. Another important aspect that distinguishes Getmancar in the Moldovan market is that we offer drivers a unique advantage. Unlike the carsharing service already on the market, the service provides an opportunity to rent cars that are insured against risks. This provides an additional level of safety and comfort for customers. We plan to continue to win the loyalty of the audience with the help of active implementation of modern marketing tools.     Perspectives of #carsharing in Ukraine. Global #trends indicate that the number of privately owned #cars will decrease in favor of cabs, #carsharing and per-minute scooter #rentals. Such #services offer many advantages: convenience, constant availability of vehicles, environmental friendliness and no fuel and maintenance costs for own #cars. In Ukraine, the demand for #rental transportation is growing, even despite the war. The number of users of #Getmancar service in July 2024 increased to 250 thousand compared to the pre-war period. And this is just one of the many examples of this segment's growth. The niche of #P2P-carsharing in Ukraine remains unfilled and has great potential for development. Ukrainian laws concerning user verification and #electronic signature ensure legitimization of transactions between tenants and owners through marketplaces without intermediaries. Hopefully, after the war, the #development of #carsharing will grow even more rapidly and we will be able to launch minute rentals in more Ukrainian cities.
