Dear Colleagues, the latest Black Sea Grain Flow report is now available on https://lnkd.in/etiymxBQ Here's a brief summary of the Week 11 issue: * The total volume of grain departed from Azov-Black Sea ports has dropped by 18.7% this week amid slower exports from all major countries, and particularly from Romania; * The volume of grain enroute (at sea) has also declined from 7.49 to 7.36 million tons amid smaller volumes heading towards Egypt, Turkiye, Spain, Lebanon and Yemen; * The volume of discharged grain has decreased from 1.48 to 1.29 million tons; * However, the number of discharged ships has barely changed (79 vs. 80 last week) since the main downturn in volumes fell on Supramax/Ultramax vessels (only 1 carrier of 56k dwt has been discharged this week); * Despite quite a significant decline in total discharged volumes of Black Sea grains, imports by Spain have more than tripled. #BlackSea #GrainFlow #Agriculture #Exports #FoodSecurity #Commodities #GrainTrade #Imports
