This week our Polish Team successfully started-up OSV Mini Dynamica — new metering and mixing machine for processing rigid PU foams. This machine was designed and built for our valued clients from Italy who will use it in their laboratory for developing new formulations for HVAC sandwich panels (continuous production). Apart of two main metering lines for polyol and isocyanate, the OSV Mini Dynamica equipped with independent metering line for additives such as silicones, catalysts, pigments, etc. #polyurethane #foam #metering #mixing #sandiwch #panels #HVAC

On the week 38 we successfully started-up the OSV Mini Dynamica 6000 2K — low pressure foaming machine for processing of polyurethane integral skin. Dynamic mixing, electrical heating, circulation, and 7" Siemens control panel with touch screen on the moveable frame makes it easy in maintenance and cost-effective solution for small and medium scale's manufacturing. Our valued customer from Norway visited our Polish branch in order to complete training and take part in the starting-up of the new dosing machine. In the beginning of September our engineers successfully started-up the OSV S2 2K Static — metering and mixing machine for casting two-component polyurethane adhesive for filters' manufacturing for our valued clients from Poland. By special customer's request we built also rotating table. The dosing machine is equipped with stainless steel tanks for polyol and isocyanate, static mixing head, and 7" Siemens LCD panel. #metering #mixing #glue #filters #adhesives

On the last week OSV participated at the 10th PU Elastomer Trade Meeting by FAPU in Linz, Austria. It was a great event, and we thankful so much to Birgit Harreither for organising this outstanding meeting every two years. Very interesting presentations, professional discussions, and a lot of positive emotions. Among the speakers delegated by the leading industry's players, our colleague Yuriy Shafran presented OSV's latest developments for metering and mixing of cold and hot casted polyurethane elastomers. On the week 34 our engineers successfully started-up a new project for our valued Polish customers. The OSV M16 10K MDI is a metering and mixing machine designed for processing multi-component polyurethane elastomers based on MDI. It is equipped with 7 additional metering lines — 2 catalysts, 4 pigments, and 1 additive. Since 24th of June the OSV M10 5K metering and mixing machine is ready for dispatch. This machine was designed and built in 2021 for our showroom, and in 2024 it was completely revised and refurbished by OSV engineers.
