This year, Suziria Group supported the reconstruction of Anastasia Tykha's shelter ‘House of Tails’, which provides shelter for 160 animals, almost a quarter of which have disabilities. The shelter provides animals with proper living, care and treatment conditions. And today we would like to share the interim results of our cooperation – the largest Ukrainian shelter for animals with physical and mental disabilities is undergoing renovation. The engaged construction team has already installed electricity and pipes, done some plumbing, and installed new boxes for animals. There is still a lot of work to be done, but we are extremely proud that the space will soon be ready to install equipment for physiotherapy and rehabilitation of animals. The Suziria Group team did not choose the ‘House of Tails’ for support by chance. In the summer of 2023, Suziria Group unveiled a mural depicting Anastasia Tykha in the Shevchenkivsky district of Kyiv to draw attention to the problem of stray animals, especially their adoption. Since then, we have donated more than 1000 kg of food and other essential pet supplies, and continue to support the shelter on a regular basis. Together, we are creating a safe and comfortable world for animals that deserve the best care and a loving family!

The Ukrainian vyshyvanka is a unique cultural code that passes our traditions down through generations. Pet Fashion, a brand of Suziria Group, in collaboration with a well-known brand of embroidery 2KOLYORY, has brought this heritage to life in a unique family look for you and your pets — a limited edition collection of RAZOM embroidered shirts. The design features an exclusive ornament by the talented artist Olesia Trofymenko. 💙💛 This collection not only preserves our culture but also supports those in need: €1 from each vyshyvanka sold will be donated to an animal shelter. 🎉 We have more exciting news! Pet Fashion has launched its corner at TSUM Kyiv Department Store which is a leading retailer in fashion in Ukraine. This means we are taking pet fashion to the next level, integrating it into the high fashion world. Let's write a new chapter of Ukrainian fashion together with Pet Fashion! *RAZOM (which means "together" in Ukrainian)

On 30 September, Mariya Babko, Head of Marketing at Suziria Distribution, took part in an event organised by the WARTO agency to present a study on the creative industry. During a panel discussion with Natalia Kholod (CEO of WARTO), Anastasia Yaroshovets (Fozzy Group) and Borys Tsomay (New Products), Mariya shared her vision of the challenges and opportunities for creatives working with business. The participants discussed new trends in work formats, including the fact that the hybrid format is no longer perceived as a compromise, but is becoming a philosophy. Career priorities are also changing: • 68% of surveyed professionals are ready to change jobs not for the sake of status, but for new projects where their ideas will be heard; • 65% are looking for brands that share their worldview and support social projects. The speakers stressed that employees' choice of a company increasingly depends on its values. It was also noted that the difference between freelancers and in-house specialists is becoming even more apparent - freelancers are looking for freedom and new opportunities, while in-house specialists are focused on stability. These insights indicate a major transformation in the creative industry in Ukraine. The event was a great opportunity to discuss with colleagues the adaptation of the industry to modern challenges and its further development.

In times of war, every day is a challenge, especially for those who are forced to leave their homes. This is true not only for people, but also for their faithful pets. We are grateful to Ukrzaliznytsia for providing all evacuation trains for both people and their pets. During the recent evacuation from Pokrovsk, Donetsk Oblast, together with the Half&Half team and Suziria Charity, we did our best to support the four-legged passengers on their way to their new homes, namely by delivering food and treats for animals. In difficult times, humanity becomes the greatest value. Every good deed, even the smallest one, can change the lives of those in need and make the world a better place. We are grateful to Ukrzaliznytsia for entrusting us with the support of their four-legged passengers! Photo: Ukrzaliznytsia

🌟 MasterZoo Cares for Homeless Animals 🌟 At MasterZoo, we believe all pets deserve to be the happiest and healthiest. Homeless animals also deserve love and care, as their relatives in loving families, so it is important for us to implement some activities that promote the adoption of animals and help these animals find a new home. 🐾 Adoption Corners in Petstores 🐾 MasterZoo features an adoption corner with stands displaying photos and information about animals for adoption provided by shelters and volunteers. In some of our pet stores, you can even meet adorable cats in person, who are eagerly waiting for their new families. All our furry friends are vaccinated and have passports. Our consultants provide detailed information on how to take care of your chosen pet, and after the adoption, new pet parents receive a gift box with all the essentials for their pet’s comfortable life. We are thrilled to report that over 100 cats have found loving homes through our adoption corners. ✨ Grooming services in the adoption center ✨ At the Patron Pet Center, the biggest adoption hub in Ukraine, we have set up MasterZoo Grooming services for pets looking for a home. Our professional groomers take care of these animals on a permanent basis, ensuring they receive the necessary attention and care. Our goal is to do everything to enhance homeless pets` well-being and increase their chances of being adopted. Check out the photos to see how our furry friends are enjoying their time at MasterZoo Grooming. They are happy with us, but we will be overjoyed when they find their families.

🎤 Maryna Kaliuzhna participated in the annual HR Days event. Due to the ongoing war, Ukraine faces challenges when uncertainty greatly influences people's lives. Thus, the employer role takes even more new roles in supporting teams. Our HR Director, Maryna Kaliuzhna, addressed how to support employees, develop efficiency, and build correct internal communication in conditions of a full-scale invasion. One of the main conclusions of the presentation is that there should not be uncomfortable topics to discuss with the team anymore. That is why we in Suziria Group practice regular all-hands meetings with the whole team to discuss all pressing issues no matter who has them. We were pleased to share our experiences and grateful for the exchange of practical cases from other HR professionals from leading Ukrainian and international companies such as Kernel, Metro, Academy DTEK, Coca-Cola HBC, BRS-Nafta, OKKO, MHP, and others.
