Mapping all the users from the source system to the available ones from the target system. 6. Fulfilling test migration from a copy of the production or another environment that fully matches the production database structure. 8. Conducting testing from the side of the migration development team and the client side (acceptance test) 9. Cleaning up the source system from the redundant historical data or excluding the data from the migration scope if necessary. 10. Depending on the source database size, arranging single-phase or multiple-phase migration, including the master and delta migration phases. 11.
