I remember last year as i prepared to quit my job,i prayed and fasted soo much! When God confirmed that it was okay, my prayer direction changed course too. I now prayed for courage,provision,skill which included wisdom ,knowledge & understanding etc But as I prayed God specifically told me something I want to share with all of you today.So one time i don't remember the exact time but i think it was a night session. As i prayed for my former work place and new🥰. I was told to put my house in order(not like Hezekiah😂) but to prepare for my exit. It was official, that was like 2 to 3 months to end of year. I was quiting in december so .I was working on different projects, i had lots of unsolved commitments,customer orders. Some of these things it was only me that knew about them. So it would leave the company in shock had I just left.( not that it was my plan but as some of you know, my whole mind was focused on my brand now) After that, i got so intentional about preparing for my exit! Not only concerning my then workplace but also my brand. I had to prepare a landing ground after i had left. Most of our plans where on paper infact our minds but we hadnt thought about soo much. Location,machine,client acquisition tactics etc nga tuli just excited!😂😂 I say "we" because we quit two😂. Meanwhile if you want to quit your job,scary as it is. Pray as soon as God stamps eeh just go. Believe me you wont eat dust!😂😂( sounds better in luganda) Once i got intentional. First i involved the sales assistant my colleague ,in each an every thing i did. Am sure she must have been shocked because it wasn't my trait. Theres no invoice quotation,approval,client,fabric detail,change she wasnt aware of! (Meanwhile she didnt know I was quitting) Ekilala i prayed to God. there were orders i couldnt finish on time so I prayed clients take forever to confirm untill i leave😂 which happened btw. Back to my brand, we laid out frameworks that would help us. In my CIM class i started paying more attention to what would help us. All the digital tools I always tell you about zava awo mu class. I talked to classmates more😂 customer acquisition tactic. Machinery we thought of softwares that are helping us now. As for production, we chose suppliers and best stitching team we knew. Social media, we budgeted for ads,We chose the best social media channels to target our market. We even chose our cash cow😂 gwe osaaga before we even started we anticipated products that would make us rich mangu mangu. And we focused on them.etc In conclusion therefore,this wasn't a mistake.
