She has been involved in designing and implementing a number of multilateral projects (The World Bank, EU, DFID, ADB) and programs in Uganda that have increased both social and economic benefits to the private sector. Ruth serves on several boards both from the Public and the private sector. She currently serves as a Member of the Board of the Presidential CEO Forum, A chair of the Council of Directorate of Industrial Training, a member of the Board of the National Curriculum Development Center and many more boards. She is a renowned mentor and coach and is leading source of inspirational messages to both youth and women on the various physical and social platforms in Uganda and the region. She recently received an Award as a Top Woman Leader in Uganda that has transformed people’s lives. She was also voted as the Top leader among the Top 40 under 40 years for her inspirational leadership by the Vision Media Group. She's currently the Project Coordinator of the new Government of Uganda World Bank Funded 217 million Dollar project that targets women called GROW (Growth Opportunities and Productivity for Women Entrepreneurs) under ministry of gender Labour and social Development and Private Sector Foundation Uganda (PSFU).
