Job Overview : As a Business Development Manager at PinniSOFT, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that expand our customer base and drive long-term success. Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries and markets. 2. Prospecting: Reach out to prospects through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking events. 3. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. 4. Consultative Selling: Understand clients' business challenges and goals to position our solutions effectively and provide tailored recommendations. 5. Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that demonstrate the value of our products and services. 6. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. 7. Account Management: Collaborate with the account management team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation and ongoing client success. 8. Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decision-making. 9. Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics using CRM software. 10. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and customer success, to align strategies and achieve company objectives. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or related roles, preferably in the software industry. - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams. - Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales and marketing tools.
