A few years ago, I was given the chance to mentor this social justice adept journalist through the Media Challenge Initiative. Today, all I can say is that, dear Kabahukya Hellen, I am so proud of you. Hellen is reminding you all about what matters the most. Mental Health. This year's theme is even more critical; mental health at #work. Because of fear of loss of livelihood, many are enduring abuse at work, reducing to emptiness and even getting physically sick. May we do better and provide healthier work spaces for all.

Goodbyes are never easy, but we tried to make this one memorable. Ayebare Dan, your dedication, creativity, and hard work have truly left a lasting impact on our newsroom.
