The Assessment And Skilling Centre reposted this
Our Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Patrick Mbonye, was honored by a courtesy visit from Karen Julieth Acosta Hernandez the Country Director of PENRESA, the publishing partner of Forbes Africa. Their discussion focused on Q-Sourcing Servtec's contribution to Uganda's economic growth and its appreciation of the growing number of youth as a critical statistic. Karen presented a preview of an upcoming Forbes Africa report that will showcase Uganda’s economic journey and highlight the key players, including Q-Sourcing Servtec Group, driving positive change mainly in the job market and opportunities for the youth. Patrick highlighted some of the initiatives QSS has already put in place, including digital tools like FLIP Africa, a digital platform that helps individuals utilize the growing gig economy for employment opportunities. As a complement to Flip, The Assessment And Skilling Centre (TASC) supports the upskilling of these youth to enable them to access the growing business and job opportunities. As a human capital firm, we are proud to be identified as partners in fostering growth and inclusion across Uganda and the African continent. Together, we’re paving the way for a brighter tomorrow for all Ugandans!
