A collection of boutique recruitment brands that work collaboratively to achieve our collective goals, where everybody excels in a socially responsible environment. We are recruiters turned investors, focussing on what we know and what we love – investing in incredible recruiters. Having successfully grown our own recruitment business, we decided we wanted to help like-minded recruitment leaders achieve the same thing. Now a group of four boutique recruitment brands with nearly 100 employees, we’re creating a cohesive business that works together. We build businesses which are specialists in specific markets, fully believing that remaining niche enables us to deliver more value and ultimately, success. 11 Investments is a place people love to work, where everybody excels in a socially responsible environment.
