11KBW reposted this
I rarely post, but this week has been quite the week. On Wednesday, after 4 years of hard work and almost 300 witnesses later, the evidential stage of the Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry concluded. On Thursday, I was lucky enough to win an award at Chambers and Partners Bar Awards, alongside 11KBW being awarded Set of the Year. As those tired eyes in this photo show, some long-awaited sleep (and maybe even a weekend or two) is now in store!

Can two halves become whole? Is collective memory an employment law “thing”? The 11KBW Employment Podcast gets deep this month, as Judy Stone KC and Joseph Lavery unpick the tangled case law on when an employer can be liable for detriments inflicted by a decision maker who has no knowledge of the protected disclosure or protected act. #ukemplaw https://bit.ly/3AjcL44
