🌟 Starting a business has taught me so much, but one lesson stands out: adaptability, resilience, and curiosity aren’t optional- they’re essential. 🌟 Watching my 2.5-year-old daughter on our Christmas break in Cyprus reminded me of this in the most beautiful way. Every morning, she woke up excited, asking: ✨ "Where are we going today?" ✨ "What are we doing today?" It struck me how effortlessly she embraced the unknown - new places, people, foods, and experiences, with such enthusiasm. She wasn’t afraid to try, even when things didn’t go as planned. As a co-founder, I realised I’ve had to relearn these traits myself: 1️⃣ Adaptability – Because no two days in business are the same. 2️⃣ Resilience – Because setbacks are inevitable, but growth comes from pushing through. 3️⃣ Curiosity – Because staying open to learning is the only way to innovate and improve. Just like Nia reconnected with the culture, language, and family in Cyprus, running a business means constantly finding ways to adapt and connect: 💫 With people—teams, customers, and stakeholders. 💫 With challenges—new markets, tools, or strategies. 💫 With growth—because standing still isn’t an option. 🪴 Psychologist Carol Dweck calls this the growth mindset - the belief that effort, learning, and persistence can lead to improvement. And here’s the truth: 💡 We’re all capable of this mindset, but it requires intention. I've learned that whether in life or business, fostering this mindset means: ✔️ Staying curious about new ideas. ✔️ Embracing challenges, not fearing them. ✔️ Celebrating progress over perfection. ❓ How do you nurture adaptability, resilience, and curiosity - in yourself, your team, or your business? I’d love to hear your thoughts!

Why Don’t Schools Teach Kids About Money? 🤔 Financial literacy is one of the most crucial life skills, yet it remains largely overlooked in our education system. While students spend hours mastering academic subjects, many never learn the basics of managing money — a skill they’ll use every day of their lives. 📚💵 🌍 Imagine a world where every child, regardless of their background, has access to financial education. This knowledge could be a game-changer, particularly for children from disadvantaged communities, empowering them to break the cycle of poverty and build a secure financial future. 🔓 But right now, financial literacy is often a privilege for those “in the know.” Why is that? Who benefits when our children remain uninformed about money management? 🤷♂️ We believe that every child should have the tools to understand and manage their finances from a young age, preventing them from falling into the trap of debt — a trap that far too many institutions profit from. 💰 That’s why we’re excited to introduce our new Financial Literacy Course for kids aged 8-12.🎉 We've partnered with industry experts to create an engaging, comprehensive program that includes: ✅ Interactive video lessons ✅ Quizzes and fun projects ✅ Real-life financial scenarios This course will help your child master money, make smart decisions, and build a secure future. 🌟 Join the Movement! 🌟 If you’re passionate about empowering the next generation to be financially savvy, click the link below to join our waitlist and enjoy an exclusive 50% discount: https://lnkd.in/eAdgBKT3 Let’s equip our children with the skills that truly matter and prepare them for a financially empowered future. 🚀 #FinancialLiteracy #Education #PersonalFinance #KidsEducation #FutureReady #Empowerment #lifeskillsforkids

🌟 Re-introducing myself! 🌟 I’m Andrea – a mother to Nia, a proud wife to Nik, and an educator with a passion for fostering creativity and growth in young minds. With over 15 years of experience as a teacher and international school leader, my journey has been one of finding purpose and pursuing a passion for education. I’ve always been drawn to the arts – with a childhood dream of dancing and performing on stage. Yet, like many, I chose the “practical” path, studying law and leaving my creative dreams behind. But life had other plans! I found my true calling in teaching, where I could merge my love for creativity with the transformative power of education. From producing whole-school theatre productions to encouraging young children to pursue their passions, I’ve always believed that education should go beyond academics – it should celebrate individuality and inspire a lifelong love for learning. In today’s fast-paced, ever-changing world, the traditional educational model is struggling to keep up. That’s why I believe in the power of teaching life skills to future-proof our children – giving them the tools they need to thrive in an uncertain future. This belief led me to co-found 21 Skills Hub a platform dedicated to bridging the gap in our children’s development and empowering them with essential life skills. I am deeply committed to inspiring children to follow their dreams and to avoid the mistakes I made by not pursuing mine sooner. Let’s work together to create a future where every child feels empowered to chase their passions and shine in their own unique way. 🌟 What did you dream of becoming when you were a child? I’d love to hear your stories! 👇 #education #lifeskills #teacher #cofounder #startup #femalefounder #GrowthMindset #Empowerment #21SkillsHub #FutureLeaders #Inspiration
