As a talented Technologist, she’s working on a 226-dwelling scheme in Peterborough, using her technical expertise to ensure seamless design execution and project delivery. We were treated to a guided tour by Mike van den Berg of Urban&Civic around Houlton in Warwickshire, a new town being developed on the site of the world’s most powerful radio transmitter from the 1920s. 📡 This exciting transformation brings new life to the historic location, with a masterplan that references the history of the site within its layout and incorporates large green "fingers" running through the development. 📅 Wrapping Up 2024 and Looking Ahead to 2025! 🎉 As we approach the end of another incredible year, we want to take a moment to reflect on everything we’ve achieved together in 2024. This year has been filled with growth and collaboration, with new and returning clients, and the expansion of our amazing and talented team, which has grown from 4 to 16 people this year!   This year, we’ve also celebrated significant milestones, including securing over 57 projects across 21 regions this year a testament to the hard work, dedication, and collaboration of everyone involved.   This growth has enabled us to support causes close to our hearts—we are especially proud to have contributed to several charities this year, including our ongoing support for the amazing work being done at Great Ormond Street Hospital. Giving back is a core part of who we are, and we are grateful for the opportunity to make a difference.   As a reminder, our offices will be closed from 24th December through to 2nd January 2025, when we’ll return refreshed and ready to kick off the new year. We can’t wait to welcome both new and returning clients and continue building on the foundations we’ve laid together. 🚧 Exciting Progress in Paston! 🏡✨ We’re thrilled to share that our project with Keepmoat in Paston is officially #underway and making fantastic #progress! This 110-unit scheme is an extension of the two previous phases and marks a significant #milestone for us as our first live scheme with Keepmoat. The video, captured just a few weeks ago, shows the main spine road taking shape. 🚜💨 We've worked hard to update the planning approval, introducing a blend of timber frame and traditional construction methods to bring this vision to life.
