Compensation: Base salary of $200,000 plus excellent commission. 2. Director of Business Development - APIs for New Chemical Entities (NCEs) Location: East Coast USA/ Remote Key Responsibilities: Drive growth in API services for NCEs, develop strategic business development plans, and manage client relationships. Qualifications: 10+ years in pharmaceutical business development, strong understanding of APIs and NCEs, proven sales track record. Compensation: Base salary of $225,000 - $240,000 plus excellent commission. 3. Senior Director of Business Development - Sterile Fill Finish Manufacturing Location: United States/ Remote Key Responsibilities: Lead business development for sterile fill finish services, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams. Qualifications: 8+ years in business development within sterile fill finish manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, strong industry knowledge. Compensation: $200,000 - $240,000 base + commission 4. Inside Sales and Business Development Associate Location: Carlsbad, California, USA (on site) Key Responsibilities: Drive sales growth, build client relationships, and develop strategic business development plans. Qualifications: minimum 2 years in sales or business development within the pharmaceutical or CDMO industry, excellent communication skills, proven sales success. Compensation: Base salary of $95,000 - $110,000 plus commission.
