Looking back at one of our successful projects—the 100,000 sq ft Civic Building in Colwyn Bay, North Wales, delivered for Muse Developments. 🏗️ This was another highly successful partnership with Bowmer and Kirkland Ltd, and we are immensely proud to have played a role in delivering this prestigious facility. The biggest thank you to Bunzl Catering Supplies for an enormous donation and delivery of thousands of toiletries for the CRADLE CHARITY NHS Pregnancy Loss Comfort Bags that will be donated to every Gynaecology Ward in hospitals across the North West of England. A step towards a greener future! 🌍 We’re proud to have played a role in Plot A3 New Bailey, a speculative office development designed to set new benchmarks in sustainability, energy efficiency, and carbon performance. A key part of ECF’s Salford Central scheme, this project is targeting net zero carbon in operation, aligning with the UKGBC Net Zero Carbon Framework Definition and UKGBC 2030 energy intensity targets. With ambitious sustainability credentials, it is set to achieve: 🏆 BREEAM Outstanding 💧 WELL Platinum ⭐ NABERS UK (targeting 5.5 stars) The design is also meeting the GLA Benchmark for upfront embodied carbon, achieving an impressive 720kgCO₂/m².
