Researching neuroinflammation? DAP12, also known as TYROBP, is a transmembrane signaling adaptor protein that, together with TREM2, plays a crucial role in modulating microglia-derived neuroinflammation. If you’re investigating TREM2/DAP12 signaling, keep your research moving forward with our recombinant DAP12 (pY91) antibody and ELISA kit, designed to enhance the precision and efficacy of drug discovery and development. “I’m thrilled to be able to say that last week I completed an amazing work experience at Abcam. The insights gained and the connections made have left a lasting impression on me. I was welcomed by a team of passionate professionals, who had given up their valuable time to help guide me and others through some of their projects. I had the opportunity to actively participate in tasks I had only previously heard about in school, such as antibody and conjugate development. A huge thank you to everyone at Abcam for their warm welcome and guidance. Your passion for your work and willingness to share your knowledge has helped open my mind to other career prospects. Special thanks to our host Lisa Bamber and my mentor Sophia Day for helping me make the most of this experience. Through this I found a new sense of enthusiasm for the future, as this experience has not only expanded my skills but also deepened my passion for the field. I’m looking forward to staying connected with all the wonderful people I met there!” - Leila A.
